Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. You will receive a tracking number notification once your order is shipped. ( We will do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days of order being placed)

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or First Class.
Shipping confirmation (tracking number) is provided for all orders via email and/or text to the contact information provided at checkout.
Delivery times are dependent on USPS. Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be extended at USPS discretion.
Missing/Lost/Damaged Package
Once your package is in possession of USPS, we are not responsible for any packages that are missing, lost, or damaged by USPS.
We are not liable for missing/lost packages if the tracking number shows the package was delivered.
All of our packages are tracked and insured. In the event that your package is missing, lost, or damaged by USPS, you can file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If there are any issues with your order, please contact via email within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Returns Policy
Since candy is a perishable good and, in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, we do not accept any returns.
*Summer Weather Advisory*
During the summer months we will do everything possible to ensure your product is packaged in the best possible manner to avoid melting. We do not refund for melting. Due to this please make sure someone is around to receive the package to avoid having it sit outside in the heat or in a warm shipping warehouse. If extreme heat weather advisories are in your areas we recommend you take caution and place orders only during the cooler months.
